MDJunction to me

"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

Sure can Suzie. It's Called Lidoderm patch. It contains 5% Lidocaine. Obviously topical. You put it on in the morning when you get up. You put it on all of your pain apots that are bugging you.

It really works!

I have some of those pain patches here because my hubby used them for his knee before he had surgery. I was thinking of trying one after reading yall's comments on them. But, ya know, I would have to put them on every inch of my body! LOL...that might look funny..hahaha

ok i hurt more from laughing...ugh

oh well it was worth it.

hope you all are feeling well today. i am hurting but im dealing with it.

(((((fibro hugs)))))))
