The 'worked out too much' is the burn I get as well. Not like 'fire, ouch' burn...but "Hey, I don't remember doing 150 push-ups yesterday"...burn~

Hope you feel better!

Thanks, I think I have been misinterpreting the burn for the same type of burning I get in my face with the trigeminal neuralgia. I have had that achey burning and heavy feeling in my arms and legs for a long time. I guess (stupid me) I just didn't register is as fibro pain. Today at church someone took my left hand and patted it while they asked me how I was and it hurt so bad I almost pulled it away. It is terrible, but I cannot stand to be touched. Some days I can not stand for clothes or even jewelry to touch me. I have started wearing sweats and T-shirts. I am totally not sexy anymore. Like my new T-shire says--

NO I DIDN'T FORGET---I JUST DON'T CARE

Sort of sad tonight,

Sandi
