I know what you mean. I mailed the bills out one month and none of them had the same date on them. The next month I had my husband check them and I mailed them with not stamps. I used to remember everythink. I cannot remember people. I see people that I used to work with and I don't remember what there name is.

I put a turkey in the oven and forgot to turn it on. I leave stove on.

As far as SSD, I don't know about them. Why some people get it so easy and some people they are so hard on. I have not had any answer to my hearing that was Jan. 8th. If I don't get it I will have to appeal the decision.

I was making tea in the coffeemaker one night and forgot to put the caraffe in to catch the tea. Water ran all over the counter I had such a mess. I also forget to put on postage, wrong dates on things, I just hate it.

I am in the part of SSD to have a meeting before the judge. It has been 2 1/2 years since I signed up. I have been denied and now the judge has to set a date for the hearing and I haven't heard anything yet about that. I had a bad weekend with the flu and hurting all over then Monday it was fibro flare up day and I hurt all over all day, so I guess I am feeling pretty sorry for myself right now. I am feeling better tonight and i am hoping for a good night's sleep.

I too am a born again Christian. I accepted the Lord into my life when I was 12 years old and have always believed in Him even when I didn't go to church for quite a while. Now I am back in church and enjoy it very much, even though I didn't get to go to church Sunday, I was sick. I moved away from God he didn't move away from me because He was always just a prayer away. One thing about the people on this site is that we are all in the same boat together and that is why we understand what you are going through. My family doesn't have a clue how painful this is. They help out and they say they know, but unless you have this, I don't think you can fully understand. My family has had the flu and have complained about being achy and not feeling good and couldn't wait to feel better. I didn't have the nerve to tell all of them that at least they can look forward to feeling better and not having the same pain. I have to say though that I do have good days, not days of no pain, but days of LESS pain.

I read your post about not having inner peace and faith and that it takes you longer to understand religeous things and that your mom and dad were hurt by a preacher, our pastor says that more people are hurt in church and by people proclaiming to be christians than by anybody else. My family was also hurt in a church and it took a long time for my siblings and me to get back in church and my mom and dad never did get over it completely I don't believe. Just remember God loves you and he will take care of you. He is always just a prayer away. I also believe there are more good people on this site than anyother that I have been to. I like to read the posts here and learn more about this disease, and to meet more people who are trying to find answers.

The thing to remember when you are thinking of churches and ministers and people is that you are supposed to keep you eyes on the Lord and not on man. People whether they are in the church or not and no matter how good they are or not are in the end just people.

This has been a bad month for pain for me also, maybe when it gets warm outside we will feel better. I love sitting outside in the porch swing. I don't see how the people do it that have little kids to take care of. So blessings to all that suffer from this and at the same time have a family to take care of, I am included because I have family here but they are big enough to care for themselves if I am down.

I am anxiously awaiting spring as well! Sunshine always makes me feel better mentally (I keep the lights bright during the winter, I know that helps!) Sunshine also has a way of warming my bones in a way that nothing else does! Anyone needing a friend just give me a shout!

I really believe in being positive and have plenty of cheer to share!
