My name is Crystal, and I'm 21 years old. I was diagnosed with fibro at age 18. I am currently disabled and trying to get SSI. I am also bipolar. I am on Cymbalta and Lamictal for pain, but they only help so much. Can anyone give me advice?

I have not had luck with exercise. The last time I went to the gym, I ended up in the hospital for over a week with a really bad flair up. But there are others around here that might be able to help you.

What kinds of meds are you on and what are you looking for? I will help with what I can.

Crystal,

My name is Trisha I'm new also, I was recently diagnosed with Fibro. But I also have some other health issues. Among them is I had a Mass removed from my right lung 2006 and I just recently recieved a letter to go before Administrative Law for my disability. So it's been almost 2 years and a long battle for those who truly need it and deserve it. What makes it even harder my Mother says there's nothing wrong with me. Although when I first started having problems for 2 months straight I had Doctor appointments daily. And not one did she go to. So how would she know. Beings so many people have this Disease I try to pray for everyone to be strong, Cause God dosen't Close a door without opening a window. So try to smile.

PDW {Trisha}
