Hi everyone , hope everyone is doing good,

I'm being moved into anouther office and will have more duties and responsibilities, not to mention what I still do now. My problem is that it's not the work, It's the people. I have anxiety and panic attacks around alot a group of people. I work for County Government. I will be placed in the Commissioners Office. That means alot of Bosses around and negative people you will have to wait on.

I don't know if I can do it.I do good now just in the office I'm in.Don't know what to do about it yet.

I feel your pain garedneck. Here are a few things that have helped me. Before I start with the list, I have panic attack and anxiety disorder as well as depression and fibro too.

Here's the list;

!. meditation- try it for 10 minutes a day. Start with a mantra9that's saying a positive thing over and over) Try, " Negativity does not affect me... or, "I am a happy capable human being." I know it sounds kind of silly, But it truely does work.

2. Find a relaxing post card. Then look at it, close your eyes for a few minutes and put yourself there.

You will be super, as a matter of a fact, I know you already are!

I happen to be an intuative healer by trade. pm me and I can better help you.

Cindy
