I'm really having a problem tonight or this morning, I can't seem to stop eating all of the junk food. Especially the ice cream. Im a diabetic. I finally got a half gallon sugar-free, Yea. But what am i to do? Does any one have any info about people that are diabetic that cant stay away from sugar?

There is a diabetic site here, i could go there.

I am diabetic and I have to say I go through spurts with the sweerts. it seems to me when I'm real strict with my diet and deny everything I then go through a period of wanting everything I shouldn't. I do better if I allow myself some treats in maderation. Why don't you come join us in the diabetic site. i'm in the Type 2 site.
