I like that "because they really liked the show ER" I think your right. I get the muscle spasms all over, in the strangest places. I agree with the vomiting being caused by the pain. I think that's why it's so hard for most of us to eat first thing in the morning, we have to wait for the pain meds to start working.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel -- but it's a train about to run over you.

I know what you are talking about as I experience the same kind of pain. When I first got fibro it was in my trapezoid muscles, I remember the first time I felt the pain, I was bartending in 6 inch heels and all of a sudden I started having spasms it rendered me to my bed for 5 days and I went to a pain clinic and they gave me flexiril and some other medication and said I should get bed rest, that helped quiet a bit, but then it started getting worst and more and more often and it started to spread to my neck, but I still had my energy, that didn't leave until I reputure my disc after that I started to have full-blown fibro and chronic fatigue syn.I take adderall for that but it doesn't work all the time, sometimes even that drug can't touch the fatigue, and I find it hard to get out of bed and do anything.Today is a good day, good thing as I have a dental appointment later.

Take Care,

jaimw
