MDJunction to me

"I have been struggling with Fibromyalgia, Bipolar, Anxiety, Post traumatic Syndrome for quite some time and pretty much going it alone. I stumbled across MDJunction by accident. I stayed in the shadows and just watched for four days and then I joined, feeling relieved and excited to have found a safe place with alot of folks that I could relate to . It's proove to be medically and emotionally
helpful to me and now I can't go a day without coming in at least 4 or five times a day! I Love my family here.

I could not tolerate Lyrica. It made me so sick and did nothing for the pain. I have not tried neurontin. Maybe that will be next.

Yes, it is very important to be careful with drugs, I know. I try to be as responsible as possible with them.

I have not tried Lyrica. The side effects freak me out too much, to be honest. I'm glad that some people are having success with it, though.

I think I had every side effect listed with Lyrica, it didn't help me either but thankfully it helps some. I just think it is so weird how drugs help some and not others. You know, with other illness pretty much the same drugs or types of drugs help most of the people with that illness. Does that make sense? I know we are all different but it's like pin the tail on the donkey trying to find the right combo of meds to help us. sorry I'm a little negitive at the moment with this, it's frustrating!!

O sweet T - seriously you make me laugh! I LOVE the pin the tale on the donkey reference... Half the time, I feel like the donkey!

Quit apoligizng for being negative... it comes with the constant pain!!

You think it might be all the chemical sensitivites in us that make the drugs act do different?

Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out.
