I saw this topic mentioned a couple of times.

I do see the flicker, sometimes I think it's just me.

Sometimes when I get up during the night & it's pitch dark I see what looks like (star wars) - teach your right.

I finally got up the nerve after a few years to tell my neurologist. I didn't want to say anything fearing he would think I was nuts My neuro is an MS specialist & said I should see an Opthamologist. I saw a retina specialist. I think she said they are an Aura?

Silent migraines - Who ever heard of them?

I was diagnosed with "Ocular Migraines" aboy a year ago. I was seeing these kliedoscope(sp) tye images really weird and it would block my vision like i could only see part of what was in front of me. It was very scary and caused me to feel very weak. I was told it was caused by

1. prescription of glasses not right

2. stress.

For me it was definately stress. I hope this helps

Aquarian,

My eyes don't jiggle, I think that is called Nystagmus.

I do see double sometimes, depending on what I'm looking at. I have trouble reading the paper also, with or without glasses.

I even have trouble reading the posts if they are not broken up, everything runs together on me

I used to get ocular migraines that would make me be blind for about 2 mins. The first time was at amovie theater. I couldnt believe it. I started bumping into people so I stopped and called my daughter to help. Glad I could see before the movie started.

The next time was when I was driving. I just pulled to the side of the road and waited until I could see again.

I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.
