What helps me is to write down all of my concerns prior to my dr appt. This helps to alleviate the fibro fog from interfering. It can also be helpful to have someone that is supportive attend your appt with you so they can help express how the pain is interfering with your quality of life. Wishing you better days ahead!

Claire,

Welcome! What medication are you currently taking? I have chronic migraines also and I take Nortriptyline at night to help prevent them and Maxalt-10 whenever they come on. We are all friends here so don't hesitate to ask away. I am so grateful for this support group. If you need anything, I am here!

Terri
