Hello, I have fribromyalgia, I do'nt know any one I can talk to with the illness it hard when you do'nt know any one with it, my friends are great so is my boyfriend and kids but know one knows what it is like unless you have the illness, i would like to make friends with the same so we can support each other many thanks claire

You have come to the right place. We understand fibro and all that goes with it. We are a friendly, caring group. I want to welcome you. Im glad you havent lost friends because of the fibro.You dont know how lucky you are. Welcome again.
I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery,music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.

i would love to be yoyr friend i had this firbo for 20 years and if thier is anything i can help you with just let me know the biggest thing i can tell you is you will have some good days mix in with the bad it all depends on how bad your fibro is you must keep your spirits up high

Welcome to the site. Everyone is so supportive here! I learn something new about Fibromyalgia everyday. It's very hard for people to actually understand unless they feel the same way we do. If you need somebody to talk to, please don't hesitate!

I wish I cud get rid of the migrains hip pain ,neck pain the tired thing like i have never been to bed

You need to tell you dr about the migraines. You might need imetrex (?sp) You might need an anti depressant to help you get to sleep. Muscle relaxant might help your other pain. So hard to know w/o seeing you. You need to tell your dr these things so he can help you.
