 Hi! Out of desperation, I joined today. Everyone tells me that being in a support group is very beneficial, supportive. I've never been in one, but like you, some days, I really need to vent.

 Hi, it is hard to discuss Fibromyalgia with coworkers, they just don't understand the pain that we go through. I decided to try a support group that at least knows what I am talking about.

 Great! I was hoping to find a support group that I could talk to, I was starting to feel all alone. My husband has been very caring about my illness but I feel that I need more, especially from people that know what I am going through.

 I went to physical therapy for a few months and it actually made my pain worse. And welcome ladies! This is the most wonderful Fibro website as I hope you will learn to see.
