Well all the above then. lololo

I was reading the very long post you all had about where to live and just was laughing my behind off. You started talking about the best place to live if you had fibro and somehow you ended up taling about eating popcorn in the nude I think. lololol

How funny you all are. I really needed to get a big laugh and you all sure did provide one. The one thing you all did have in common is pain and eating. I think!

It did seem like you could agree on those two things. lolol I don't remember if you ever did come up with where the best place to live was but, I could be wrong. lolol If I was please let me know what the final decision was.

I am new here but, i think this group is going to be lots of fun. When you are in pain just about everyday of your life laughter is one of the best ways to get rid of pain I have found. It seems this site has lots of that to go around.

Thanks for letting me join up with you all.

your new fibro friend or nut case

brenda

Welcome Brenda, You will find alot of threads where we just get plain silly. If you want some good laughs try reading "you know its bad when" you will find that sometimes laughter is the best medicine. Get comfy because there is alot to read here and learn.

Welcome Brenda. I am fairly new here myself and I have discovered in that short time how wonderful and caring everyone here is. I have learned so much more here about Fibro than any other place I have read on the internet or from my many doctors. One thing I have learned is that although we seem to have one or two things in common there are so many other symptoms that some have and others don't. Visit often and you will see for yourself....Hugs to you, Charlotte

You're...
My friend,
My companion,
Through good times and bad,
My friend,
My buddy,
Through happy and sad,
Beside me you stand,
Beside me you walk,
You're there to listen,
You're there to talk,
With happiness,
With smiles,
With pain and tears,
I know you'll be there, throughout the years!
You are all good friends to me and I am grateful to you.

Gee thanks for the welcome message. Yes I try to laugh as much as possible. The people at church know when I am feeling bad because, I get real quiet. I try to trick them and come in smiling but, they still see through me. They said smiling and laughing are two different things. When I have a good day I laugh all the time. I love to do or say things to make others laugh and in turn it makes me laugh. I have always heard laughter is the best medicine. I believe it too. I love to send out fun jokes to most people I write to just to get their day started off in a good way. Anyway thanks again for the welcome and I sure hope we can become friends. Brenda

bc41129, welcome! about best places to live, somewhere warm year round and some said low humidity.. i'm trying to talk my hubby into moving to Florida or Mexico. he works for Nissan North America, nissan has a plant in mexico so that might be a possiblilty.only problem is our kids would not be happy about a move. i am a gypsy at heart so moving isn't a big deal to me but for others it isn't a possiblty. I think having a great support team around you is one of the most important things.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I think I am going to enjoy this site. If that is i every figure out how to find my way around it. lololol I have had this fibro since around 1987 but, people including drs. didn't know what to call it. I spent over 10,000 dollars in test and they found nothing wrong with me. My face and hands would go numb for no reason, my muscles ached and they would say it was just the flu. I thought perhaps I was going insane. I knew things were not right but, when drs. say over and over they cannot find anything it does make you wonder and then your family starts thinking you are a just thinking you are sick. A head thing. They almost had me thinking it to. Now with the proper meds I am doing much better well as best as can be expected anyway. I do have a life now were as before I was praying to die. Anyway I am very blessed to find people like me who understand thses crazy things that happen to me. I hope to make many new friend and perhaps one day together we can help others to realize they are not crazy either. Thanks again for the warm welcome.

I didn't know where to post this but I thought this forum would be a good place to ask my question because popcorn?weather?nude? sounds sort of like a potpouri of things. I am a little embarrassed to ask this but do any of you women get sores on your breasts that start out as a little red circle with a tiny whitehead in the middle of it and then the red area keeps getting bigger - about the size of a dime - and it swells and is very tender and hurts to touch and the whitehead or whatever keeps getting bigger too and then fills with a pussy, bloody, oozing mess that pops open and then drains? I am so sorry for the yukky description but I just didn't know how to explain it otherwise. Afterwards it leaves a scar. Right now I have 4 on the one breast. starting. I forgot to ask my dr about it and I don't have an appt until March.

I have been sitting here for about 15 minutes debating whether I should post this or not. Closing my eyes while I hit the submit button
