Hi,

I'm new, and trying to find my way around.

I feel as though I have more fog than pain sometimes, and it's not easy being me!!

I'm hoping to find a home here, where others will understand me!!

Hi Cindyloo-

I've been part of this group for about a month and I really like it. Lots of support and advice. What do you mean by it's not easy being me?

I think lots of us experience Fog differently.

Some fog for me comes from lack of sleep or pain then I can't concentrate well, lose train of thought.

Other fog-like experiences that were extreme made me feel dizzy or high like I was in my own world and had a hard time connecting with others or following conversations

How is it for you

Are you on any meds? Most of us are. Does your dizziness usually accompany stress? or do you have sinus problems.

Well I'm up for a while if you want to talk or sometimes it is nice to go over topics in the forums to get some advice and support.

You are welcomed here. This is the first support group I really have been connecting with because it is not huge and people are really friendly.

Some people are mildly affected and other severely. I fall in the middle.

Personally I'd rather share stuff with others with the condition because most people who don't have it don't get it.

It helps you know you are not alone and takes some of the "burden" I guess you might say off your family and friends who care but have no idea what to do. Some are teachable- others are not.

When you need someone we are here- welcome

Yeah- thanks guys. Sometimes the fog stuff makes me feel so guilty because I want to not forget things or miss things etc. and when I do I feel bad. I can tell someone else "It's not your fault and you are not stupid" but boy do I need to keep reminding myself!!!!!!!!
