Anyone have one spot that nothing seems to help? Mine is in between the shoulder blades. I have had shots, meds, heating pads, etc. nothing even touches it. If you do have that spot what do you do for it?
I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.

My back, my back, my back, my back, MYYYYYYYYY BAAAAAAAAAACK!!!!

But, not in one place...it's the whole, entire thing and I truly can't stand it any longer!!! I mean, there are a couple of spots that hurt more than the rest (between my shoulder blades as well) and in the lower right-hand portion of my back (almost in my butt cheek) LOL...but my Acupuncturist says it's Ciatica! (And, I'm sure that's not spelled right but oh well...I'm too tired to look it up!) YEAH! Another something to add to my list...like it's not LONG ENOUGH as it is!!

Pain, pain go away...
