Hi. I have been a fibro sufferer for the last four years or so. It was triggered by a bout of pancreatitis which was caused by something called sphincter of oddi dysfunction. I have also had three cervical spine surgeries which I believe also helped to trigger this disease. And ever since then, I have had many other medical conditions show their ugly heads. I have been a member of this site for probably the last four to six weeks or so. I have found it to be a wonderful place where you can vent your problems, commiserate with others, give advice and tips if you know some,cheer up others, welcome new members, and make great friends. Well, I have not been on this forum for the last couple of weeks due to a really bad flare-up of fibromyalgia. It has been so bad that even my fingers and hands hurt so much that it is very painful to type. I am still feeling this way, but I had to write this because it really lifted my spirits, and I needed to tell you. Today in my e-mail I found a letter from MDJunction. I believe it was bfrom one of the leaders. He wanted to know if I was okay because they have not heard from me in a while, and if there was anything they could do. Well that really warmed my heart. What other site would show you such care and concern? MD Junction is just a wonderful place to be, and I just wanted everyone to know. Thank you, MD Junction! blainecindy |
