Have you tried leaving yourself notes and making lists. If I don't write it down forget it. I also have to tell others to remind me of things so I won't forget. It's of course always a laugh when someone asks me to remind them of something. haha. I recently bought myself an am/pm pill box because I can't remember my evening meds. how sad is that when your only 44. Sometimes when I'm at work and need to remember something for home I call and leave a message on my home machine. My husband thinks I'm a nut case when I do it I say what ever works

I recently got iphone for my b-day which has a calendar with reminder alerts. It has helped me so much to remember things that i need to remember like dr appointments, work related things and personal things like birthdays and such. I don't know what i would do without it at this point. I'm sure there is many other electronic devices that would do the same thing but considering i have a memory problem i got one thing that did it all phone, internet, calendar, and maps that way i only have to find one thing instead of many.

Have you had your hormone levels checked? I couldn't remember anything at all. I found out, according to lab tests, that I had 0% estrogen in my blood and extremely low on progesterone. I'm in my mid 40's---imagine that! Menopause hit early----yippee!

Thanks a bunch. I use a yahoo account and use the calendar. NOPE! There are dayswhen I forget how I get there! I have something on my cell phone. I'll try that.

Thanks for the idea about the hormone level idea. Clean bill of health there. Menaupause hit early for me to Honey. I'll be 43...yea me...

I use a good old fashion daily planner. It sits on my table where I am and thats where all appointments go. I look at it first thing in the morning, then just in case I put a reminder in my cell phone which is also with me at all times.Plus I keep a small notebook with them to jot down things I need to pick up or do.My biggest problem is finding my keys.Plus it seems I have to make at least 3 trips from the house to the truck before I have everything I need. It gives the kids a good laugh. My 15 year old makes me get started at least 20 minutes before we go anywhere because she knows how I am. It don't seem like that many years ago when that was the just opposite.HAHAHA
