Welcome to the group.

I'm pretty new to fibro so I don't have a lot of answers. I know you have to pace yourself, don't over do things or the next few days you will be really tired and sore. Pacing is hard to learn though.

As to the forgetting stuff, get a note pad and some post it notes and a calendar. Write down everything.

Some others will be along with some ggood tips for you.

Be wise and dignified like the swan: he maintains his composure, staying unruffled on the surface, while always paddling like crazy underneath.

Welcome to the group, I too am new. There was a letter that a few member had written to earlier that you could print for family that was really good. I printed them for my family and really helped them to understand what it is we go through. Maybe you go back and try to find them or someone can tell where they are so you print them out.

Welcome to the family. There is a lot of knowledge, wisdom and compassion in the combined experiences of the people on this site. Feel free to vent your feelings or ask a question. Most people dont understand what you are going through but the people on this site do understand because they live with it every day just like you do. Best wishes Yendor

Elsie, Are you selling this chocolate or is it something we can buy anywhere? If so please tell us about it. If you are trying to sell this healthy chocolate, than that is prohibited on this site.

Welcome huskergirl64 you have found the greatest support group I know of. There are alot of really good posts about how to tell your family, like "Letter to Normals" just type it in the search bar at the top of the page. To help me remember I carry a little note book and write down everything I need to remember in it. Like mcbeth said post-it notes are great, I use them at home everywhere, I also use a white-erase board. Feel to post any questions, vent or whatever you need to we are all hear to listen and support you.
May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.
