Hi Sarah.... I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to the group..... I know what you mean when you say you don't want fibro to take control of your life.... I do everything I can to help keep me in control of my life...... I think you have come to the right place.... this is a great group of people who can help you in so many ways..... the information that you can get here on meds,treatments how to work with your doctor and just how to survive the day...... We are a group of people here to help each other...... we are in so many ways a family.....a good family.... There are people here that are going through or have gone through the same things that are ..... and that in its self is a lot of help, just knowing you are not the only one.. Please just kick your shoes off and make yourself at home here....... Post any question or problem you want to talk about, and also answer any post you want..... If you just feel like venting..... do it, tell us about your day, good or bad.... ... The one thing we can not help you with is something you do not tell us about..... we are here for you.... there is an ear and a shoulder here for you always... we are family..... so with that there is always going to be advice......... you will get tons...of that, but hey what are families for....lol oh yes also, if you have not, please fill out your profile so that other members who might have missed you intro, can look at it and get to know a little about you..... Have stuff like where you live, what you like to do..... when you DX'd , and what else might be going on with you... the more info the more others will be able to relate to you......
