I know that my pain level changes alot throughout the day. For awhile I will be at a 4 or 5 and then when I go to do something I am suddenly back up to an 8. It's worse in the evenings, maybe cuz I am exhausted from the day I don't know.I take Gabapentin and Flexeril and Prozac. May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then,all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world,and know it’s beauty and yours.
