MDJunction to me

"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

I was hoping to get out today and do some shopping to get food. Well halfway through at Target, I was feeling week and tired. I wanted to get my allergy shot but now I cant because I'm so tired and week. This really stinks just being out just a couple of hours and you're exhausted.

Sorry that you had a rough day...I hope that maybe you can sit outside (if the weather is good)and salvage the rest of the day...my mother always insists that I sit outside in the sun for 15 minutes a day and I am always amazed at the difference it makes, even alittle..

Don't forget to watch something funny on tv tonight!

Oh how I understand the shopping trips. I have a Wal-Mart theory. I can take only x amount of steps, so I mentally plan my trip around the store to be most efficient as possible. I also rely on the electric wheel chairs on the bad days. It was three years ago today that I survived death knocking on my door and it was after those emergency surgeries when I was too week to stand little alone walk that I learned to appreciate how wonderful those electric chairs are. Don't be afraid to use them.

i haven't used the electric chairs yet but i did request a hadicap parking pass from my dr so that i wouldn't have to waste steps outside the store. he didn't have a problem giving me one. maybe if you had one you would be able to walk more in the store instead of outside. i went to the store yesterday and paid dearly for it last night, so next time maybe i should try the electric chair. refer to my post candy day!!!!!!!!

I know the feeling, a trip to a big box store wears me out even before I get in the door. I'm not one for those carts though the just go too slow for me & I get frustrated.
