Has anyone ever had a crying spell when you just couldn't stop crying? I had one today. I'm not sure if I was just fed up with fibro or alot of my stress hit me at once. I mean, I was crying at EVERYTHING. The tears just didn't/couldn't stop. Has anyone else done this or am I just our there?

I do the same thing sometimes.

I read some place on the net that it's common for people with Fibro to have this happen.

My personal opinion is that Fibro effects us emotionally just as much as it does physically. I mean it's hard to be in pain all the time and not become emotionally raw.

I am an emotinal person so crying for me comes with the territory. LOL However, I did have a lot of crying spells that were uncontrollable while I was coming off Lyrica and Cymbalta. I felt like I was a walking train wreck. Thankfully it has subsided now.

Best of luck to you. Sending you comforting hugs to ease the pain. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

oh, why should you cry, silly? You just have unexplainable permanent pain that other's do not even believe you have much less understands. Instead they act as like you are lazy.

You know what? sometimes I do cry like that, I think that I have a right to. I go through pain that would bring most people to their needs on a good day. The frustration definitely affects my emotions I hope you have a better day tomorrow.
