First I want to thank you all for your prayers. The hearing went well. We were missing important files from my pain clinic where I was diagnosed.So any disability from fms could n't be considered at that time but my lawyer left the case open for review as soon as files are received.The med expert did say just on my cervical fusion that I would not be able to use my hands for any work.The work specialist listed some jobs I could supposedly do, but once its proven I have fms I am pretty sure that will be out. My lawyer did say that fms is accepted by SSI as a legitimate disability based on each case. Maybe the govt is starting to see the light I am excited to hear about awareness day in the hopes of letting even more people understand what fms is all about Hope you all have a Happy Moms day! |
