I'm not on any meds again. I'm in terrible pain. My back muscles are going crazy.I can't seem to stop feeling nauseated.

I'm loosing hope. I can't live like this! It's to much.

My right arm has a knot in it thats causing me terrible pain.My doctor put me on muscle relaxers for it before and they never helped it.My right kidney hurts terribly and I know my doctor will say it's just back pain, but it sure doesn't feel that way.

I keep getting vibration sensations throught my upper body.

My mom is talking about us getting a place together since I'm basically useless because I'm sick so much.

My doctors don't seem to understand how bad off I am.

I wish I could video tape one day in my life and they would watch it so they could get a clue.

My legs hurt so bad I don't want to walk.

I'm 27 years old, my life is not suppose to be like this.

I'm scared the pain clinic wont get me on something that helps.I don't mind time released meds but I want out of this pain so bad that I wish they could at least give me a few fast acting ones.

I'm scared they will try me on something that doesn;t do well with me yet again.

I wish I could just tell them what I know helps and they would give it to me so I could feel a little better.

Sorry for being downer.

I won't go to a pain management clinic, because when my docor sent my info over they want me to see a physocoligist(spelt wrong). I would have to drive 40 minutes to get there. I right now consider myself lucky between my doctor and Rhumy they put me on the meds. I am on to many but with they way my legs are I don't go out of the house.
Kindness is the only investment that never fails.

I thought you were going to that pain clinic to get pain management. Why did they take you off all your meds and not put you on something for pain?? I don't understand....

It's a crappy pain clinci to say the least.

They had put me on Ultram Er 200mg and the Fentynal patch. I could only take the patch once because I found out I'm allergic to the Fentynal.

Then I did exactly as they asked about me calling in my script of Ultram 5 days ahead of time and then it needed a doctors authorization.

I called the pain clinic two times and the pharmacy faxed them something twice.

I'm going to the pain clinic again next Wenesday, but I don;t know what they will put me on.

I feel like they are not taking very good care of me.

Cadburry I wish you weren't in so much pain. If the pain clinic won't help you is there another doc or clinic you can go to? Foxyroxy1 you have a purpose in being here, and I am personally glad that you are here. I know that it looks like there will never be an end to the pain, but there is an end in sight. Try a relaxing shower or bath.If it is sunny where you are go lay in the sun,hey it works to relax cats, why not us?
May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.

I want you both to know that you both are very important to me and I know that there is reasons for both of you to be here. I also know that it does not make much of a difference when you are in alot of pain, but I know that God would not any of us suffer if he did not think that we were strong enough to fight it. I myself, would just get upset at that message, because when I am really bad off I do not want to hear that there is a reason. Everyone here are very strong women and men, that I know deep in my heart that you will find comfort in your bodies one day. I am just so sorry that you have to go through this right now in your life. Hopefully, your doctors will find the right combination for you to help with the pain.

Maybe we are the guinea pigs for fibro. When I was 10 years old, (that was 40 years ago) my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer in her lower right jaw, they took out her jaw bone and they done chemotherapy treatments, (I think then it was called cobalt treatments I am not sure) anyway she was treated and never got better and eventually died. I am not trying to scare anyone here, but she just never got any better. Well 20 years ago my youngest daughter had a brain tumor and the drs. done surgery and took out all the tumor they could and then used radiation to stop the growth of what was left. I believe without my grandmother and others like her taking those treatments they would have never learned enough about cancer to know what to do now. they knew my daughter didn't need chemo, just radiation and that would stop the growth. So maybe we are the guinea pigs so the drs. will know, 1.) this is a real condition, syndrome, whatever you want to call it, 2.) what works for me may not work for you, 3.) and that we need compassion from others because we are not crazy, and you can probably think of others to add to the list but we just need to hang in there and do all we can to educate others and give support to others who have the same thing. We don't know who we may be helping in the future with fibro.
