Hi everyone I have a quick question so please let me know if you suffer from this same problem. I was wondring if anyone has fliud build up in there legs, ankles, and feet. I have this all the time and I am taking alfalfa pills for it but just started so havent seen any inprovement yet. I can not take a prescription diaretic because my blood pressure is to low. I also have muscles getting really hard and inflamed in my body where it is visible to c the inflamation and my stomach muscle where like that last night talk about pain and discomfort. So does anyone else out there suffer with this problem and what have you done for it?

I can't believe this! For the past couple of days my legs has tripled in size. My calf was as hard as a rock. After days of this yesterday I went to my Rhumy and her had to relieve fluid build up in my knee. This was not a fun experience. But today my calf is not as hard and I can bend me knee. He then sent me to have a cat scan to look for a blood clot. I did not have this. I suggest that you go to a Rhumy, they could problaby help you.

I have problems with swelling in my feet. Sometimes it is so bad that my toes dont touch the floor.

my legs hurt a lot, but they dont swell like my feet do.

my muscels hurt and get hard like a rock.

jillianerin, I have low blood preasure too, but my pulse is very high. I am now wondering if anyone else has this problem. I have to take heart meds to keep my pulse between 95-125. If I dont take the pills, my pulse goes up to around 145.

If anyone else has this problem, please let me know.

Hi Dragonfly.... you know I have been going through this for yrs..... and I just came across something that has really helped me.... your symptoms kinda match mine..... anyway... I went to my chirpractor and I asked him if he could do any kind of adjusting of my feet because they hurt so much ... he said sure...... and he began working on my feet....oh at first it "HURT" like heck.... and I was thinking man this was a mistake..... but then it really started to not hurt so much..... well then he said the only other thing that is going to help this is have it done for a couple of weeks but have a good message first, before he adjust them.... The message was to get all the junk out of the muscles.....well I did...and oh man... my feet have been doing great... and really I hve not had another bout of the swelling in about maybe now.......3 months......any way......

Maybe if you do go to a chiropactor (I know my spelling sucks) you could have him adjust your feet.. and see if it helps at all...

Craig

Thank you. I will look into that. I wonder if it would be covered by my insurance.

I do have so much trouble with my feet. the last time I saw a chiropractor they did my neck. That was a huge mistake for me. I had a migrain so bad that I had to go to the ER. it lasted close to 2 weeks.

Thanks for the advice Craig
