I know this is a loaded question...just from my own experiance. But I am having ALOT more muscle cramps lately. my shoulders and shoulder blades always have spasms same with my min to lower back. But recently my right but cheeck down the back of my leg and into my calf all cramp up really bad. My left calf has been doing it too. Almost like charlie horses but not quite that bad. On my legs I have been having to put Icy hot on at night because it hurts so much.

Any Ideas??

I started on a lot of vit. and minerals..calcium.and phosperous...just for a couple and it has help a lot.....

A lot of meds flush the Vit. and minerals out of your body.....

I hope maybe this might help

Good luck..

My dr gave me Cymbalta for them but she also has me take a potasium tablet every day.
