I have been really sick for the last two days. I hurt so bad I can't hardly move or read or watch t.v. I get so sick I can't eat and force myself to drink. I sleep all the time because the fatigue is so horribly bad. I just want to know is this the same way the rest of you get. I also need to mention I had been trying to clean my house for 3 days before I got sick. Nothing seems to help it and there is nothing I can do to make it go away any quicker. I feel so depressed during these episodes and there is nobody who understands how bad I really feel. I get so sick and tired of being sick and tired.

I'm sorry you are feeling so bad, maybe tomorrow will be better. I've had bouts like you are talking about ended up in the hospital 2 times because of dehydration so I understand what you are talking about!! Hang in there and I hope you are better soon!!!

I've ended up in the hopsital also for dehydration 3 times this year, so now I firce myself to eat. It seems funny to force myself to eat when all my life I have had weight issues. It just shows how this illness effects everything about us. Thanks for the support.

I can tell you that you are not alone and rest as long as your body wants you too. I'm thinking you had a few good days and felt like accomplishing something, so, you overdid it on accident. I hope that this weekend you can get some rest and feel better when the week starts again. I get tired very quickly, both mentally and physically, and I sleep for about 3 hours after work everyday, get up for a couple hours, do homework, then go back to bed for the night. Not a great existence, but there are things to be happy about. I hope you at least have sweet dreams while you are sleeping. I, on the other hand, am afraid to go to sleep sometimes with my boyfriend next to me b/c I'm worse than a 3 yr old that tosses, turns, and swings in their sleep. Sending well wishes your way Chick!

Thanks, and you're right. I overdid on those days that I felt better. I guess we all just want some kind of normal on the good days, but we sure do pay a high price don't we? Thanks for the good wishes and the response. I really love this site and I'm so glad I found it and all you great people. Thanks to all of you.

kychick, I'm sorry your having such a rough time. I know it's hard not to over do sometimes when your having a good day. We all just want to feel normal again. When you have good days try a pace yourself. I try to sit down and rest in between things as much as possible when I clean it takes me twice as long but it helps.

Hi kychick. I to know how you feel. The days when I feel great it's like euphoric kind of like a real load of bricks is off of your shoulders. As everyone else said, you are not alone. It's ok to cry, get pissed off, beat a few pillows, etc. Sometimes that's the best medicine for me. We're all here to help pull you through. If it weren't for these people in this forum, I'd be worse off than I am. and hugs to you.

Wow, I thought I was the only one who gets depressed. I feel like I'm going insane with the emotional ups and downs of this disease! I sat in the Burger King parking lot yesterday crying because I'm so tired of the pain and the sadness it brings. Just to give you a smile, this particular Burger King is in Ensenada, Mexico and having a foreign women sitting in her car crying in the parking lot is not a normal scene for the Mexicans. Two people asked me if I was o.k. in broken English. It is these small acts of kindness, like this site that are able to keep me out of suicidal depression. That is the side of this pain the outsiders don't understand. Hang in there. You are not alone.
