If you are that depressed you need to go somewhere or call a hotline and GET HELP. Please Stay strong. I know it's tough. Hell I feel like giving up alot of times too! But you can't. You just have to keep on fighting. Are you on antidepressants? Can't you tell your doc it's an emergency???? I cannot even take heavy pain pills for mine, so I know how you feel about the pain. Trust me, in time you will learn to cope.

You've got to hang in there! I know a lot of what you're feeling and it sucks! But the pain of cutting yourself isn't gonna help. It's better to talk to someone. Believe me, no matter how you're feeling... you're daughter needs you! You need to picture her life without you. She will be SO upset if you're absent from her life. We often feel like we're not good parents. But to those children (especially teenage girls), they would rather have us here in person, doing nothing- than to not have us at all.

Please, please, please- call someone right now and get into them ASAP.
