thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and I can't wait to eat all the good food and be with family and friends. I am freaking out about all this stuff going on with Iran, now we have to worry about a nucleur war? god bless us all. My daughters went up in the sandia mountains and their was a christian chior and the were singing gospel music on top of the mountains and they said it sounded so beautiful wow I wish I could have gone but my hiking days are over. hugs donna

I just went camping in Yosemite last weekend and hiked a mile-and-a half! Yeah! And only had about an hour crash afterwards, but then back up and at 'em!

It was perfect weather. Mid 70s during the day, and 40s at night. (I cheated, though and we brought along our little Scamp trailer to sleep in.) Everyone else had tents. I also brought along my toddler grandson so he helped keep me warm at night too! So not only camped and hiked, but watched after a toddler!!! Miracles do happen.
