 I just want to say that since I started using Cymbalta with my other meds I have noticed a marked decrease in my FMS pain. I also tried Lyrica and that sent me off on a really weird "trip" so I won't take that anymore. I take physical therapy and the therapist said that there are small portable electrical stimulators that are perfect for FMS sufferers. As soon as I get one, I'll report on how well it works. I'm glad to be here.

 Is it a tens unit? My pain doctor is sending me to a physical therapist and they are going to give me a tens Unit and teach me how to use it!

 Maybe it's just me, but I found the TENS unit made my numbness and tingling worse. My husband LOVED it for his back aches, though. I returned it after 2 months.
