I can tell you what I have to stay away from chocolate, alot of milk products, fried foods are really bad for me. I'm like you I try to stay away from processed foods, etc. I also have found that processed tomatoes like tomato sauce will cause me problems I don't know why that one but fresh doesn't, it must be an enzyme breakdown that doesn't agree with me. I need to talk to my daughter who has crones disease to see what she watches because I know hers is much worse than IBS and I think that she can help me avoid further trouble but when we talk we talk about the grandkids or fun stuff and when we get together we do fun stuff and I forget until its too late. We both try not to talk about our problems because it just ruins a good day. I will call her and talk with her tonight and see what see has to say. Jean |
