 Does anyone get tingling or pins and needles feelings in their fingers and feet? I seem to get this off and on and my nuerologist can't find anything worng with me. I also get this tingling feeling in my face too which is a totally weird feeling. Please respond and let me know if you experience this.

 I too have tingling feelings, but its just in my hands. My palms always seem to be a dark reddish color and it almost feels like a heat rash! I've never asked my doctor about it as I guess I've learned to live with it!

 MY HANDS AND FEET STARTED OUT THAT WAY,THEN WENT TO NUMBNESS. EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I WILL GET TINGLING BACK. MY DOCTORS SAY IT IS PART OF FIBROMYALGIA. PLEASE KEEP WORKING YOUR HANDS.DO NOT LET NUEROPHATHY TAKE OVER.

 I have the constant feeling of needles and pins in my left arm and leg. My foot sometimes goes numb also. I have decided it is just my nerve endings that will not settle down. I haven't found anything to help yet except that I do try to get more circulation in those areas. Don't ask how I try not to visit my doctor anymore than I have too, although he is very good about Fibro I am still at the stage of trying to get along without any more meds. I am on Requip for restless leg syndrome and that does not seem to help during the day but let us know if your doctor has any ideas. Would love to hear about new ideas to stop this feeling. Jean

 My doc recomended wearing circulation socks to help with the circulation. Massages are also supposed to help or those little foot massagers you can buy at the pharmacy. She said the tingling feeling was because my body had enough energy to pump the blood down but not back up. Hope you can find something that will help and any more suggestions would be great.

 my feet tingle all the time and it drives me nuts! my hands will do it occasionally. Never thought about the circulation socks. may have to try a pair

 I the pins and needles in hands and fingers and night all the time. It drives me crazy. The doctor told me it is part of fibro too, but did not give any ideas about how to make it stop.

 Something else I am finding is I seem not to have the the strengh that use to have, mostly in my hands. I feel weaker.

 I get pins and needles in the hands but that is carpel tunnel,I get a prickling sensation in the feet and legs and burning like sunburn,my doctor has no idea what to do about it.

Hey nhlflagg are those your dogs and are they huskis or malamutes.

 I get the tingling in my hand and feet. My hands will sometimes go totally m=numb at night, my doc recommended wearing wrist braces at night, that sort of helped but man were they annoying so gave that up. My feet get that way when I sit at my desk for too long, mostly I just ignore it,can't do anything about anyway.
