Has anyone out there with Fibro noticed abrupt urine changes? I'm trying to zero in on a possible marker that "flags" when I've got another attack coming. I've had Fibro since at least 1984, I've tried just about everything, including the heavily medicated path too. I've also kept a "Fibro log" for about five years, hoping to find some patterns to fight this misery. I've "discovered" a treatment, but it is not practical. It does work though. I need more information. If I can establish this as a marker, I believe it would point to temporary interruptions in capillary perfussion causing tissue loss from lack of oxygen. The liver is full of capillaries, that's how it does it's work, cleaning the blood. If I am correct, the liver suffers a brief "clog" and backs up bad stuff (activated Fibrin) in our blood stream. I think that is the stuff that winds clogging the fascia and causing the fibro-points (dead and dying tissue) and resultant inflamation around and inside the joints. Some of this comes from the research being done in Phoenix by Dr. Berg. Please, anyone ou there notice abrupt changes in urine color? From really clear to normal and back within a five day period?

I have had changes in urine color after a massage. My urine is usually really clear, but after a massage it changes to yellow and even yellow brownish color after a massage or after sitting in my steaam room for awhile. I assumed it changed due to built up toxins. I don't know if thats any help to your question but I thought it was interesting.

That is interesting. Are those massages used to relieve fibro symptoms?

Massages are AWESOME for Fibro!! If you can get one at least once a month. (However, once or twice a week is better and there are Massage Therapists that ONLY do Fibro)...DO IT!!!

It'll make you smile and feel SOO good afterwards!!

I'm looking for something specific about changes in the color. It would be noticeable not questionable. I agree, massage helps, but just like after chiro, the fibro keeps coming back. I want to stop it if I can.

wow, never heard of that. surely it is the toxins... ya know they have these things you put on your feet, and soak them, and it is suppose to remove toxins.. turns the water brown! i am anxious to learn what you find out.

Before I answer that information. Are you a medical doctor? Where do you get your information? I'm not afraid to answer you, just curious of your credentials.

First and foremost I am a person who has suffered from this for at least twenty years. That in itself is a significant credential. I was a certified EMT at one time and a professional ski patroller. I was also active with National Ski Patrol. I received the purple star for lifesaving and was a phase two instructor.

Tell me about it! Any relief is so welcome. That is why my findings have ht home so hard. Nearly total relief (with regards to my age of course) for a while is remarkable to us. After so long with this normalcy is startling in comparison.
