This question just looked to fun to not answer lol.

Fibro fog is when (I'll use some things I have done)

1. Send your child to school with all of their clothes on but no under wear and then when your getting them ready for bed ask where did your underwear go and your five year old says your forgot them this morning mommy.

2. Someone asks how old are your children and you have to pause for a momment and think about it.

3. You know your foods done because you smell it burning or the smoke detecter starts buzzig

4. You jump out of bed at 8am stiff back and all panicking on a Saturday because you think you have over slept and the kids are late for school

5. Your child starts screaming because they are in the bath tub and you have just turned the light out even though you know they are there.

6. You have just taken your meds, but then again did you??

I could go on and on lol.

At first this Fibro Fog scared me, but now I have learned to laugh it off.

I get it so bad that I can't remember the names of things. The words just won't come. OR sometimes I'll say something like, "Bring me my shoe" when what I want to say is, "I need another cup of coffee!" For real. Totally weird unrelated stuff. I makes me crazy.

I have learned that if I lessen my carb intake, it helps the fibro fog IMMENSELY! Don't know if it will work for you all but like everything else, might be worth a try.

I love the idea. I also carry my phone in my bra. I guess for the same reasons. Thanks!

Do you get a headache with it? I've been foggy for 2 weeks.

I can,t remember. But Yesterday I was driving home from a ladie retreat and I had the biggest migraine. When I got home I took headache meds and went to bed at 5pm. I had other plans but they didn't happen. This morning I was better. Thank God!

Yep, fibro fog is a real fun thing Sometimes we deserve an A+ if we can remember our own names But, seriously it is a real thing. I make lists by the tons. I have little notecards with a pen locatted throughout the house!!

And I was always losing my cellphone. So now I put it on mute and wear it in my bra!!! Hey, Maxwell Smart had his "shoe phone". You mark my words---------they will soon be making a bra with a little pocket on them to carry your cellphone. If I had the money, I would design it and market it and die a millionaire!!!!!

Just a word of advice on keeping your cell phone in your bra.....make sure you turn the screen out towards the bra and the back against your skin. I keep mine there but one day last summer I was really sweating when I had my phone in there. Took it out and I had no screen...it was totally gone. I had to take it in the house and try to dry it out with a hair dryer. I finally got it dried out and the screen to come back on but now I have a round nipple imprint in the middle of my screen that never came back right. Anyone sees my screen they always ask what that round spot is.

Be wise and dignified like the swan: he maintains his composure, staying unruffled on the surface, while always paddling like crazy underneath.
