I am getting so forgetful. In the last week I have forgot to wake up my son for school. And last night I made the coffee for this morning and this morning my hubby said thanks for the hot water (LOL).

Fibro fog is when you are trying to thing though a fog and you are forgetful and you can't concentrate on anything...short term memory is bad too...I have done that hot water thing....we got a good laugh about that...fibro fog comes and goes...mine is worse when there is lower pressure that comes along with rain and bad weather and also during the time of the month. This is also when my pain is the worse. Hope this helps....
Hugs,
Barb

We al have Fibro Fog to some extent. Me I am like most of the others. Forgetful, loss of memory, if I do not write stuff down then I will not remember it later. My daughter laughs alot because I will forget something and my hubby gets mad because I will forget to get something from the store. But you can work through it. Just find the way that best suits you.

I hope that this helps and I am also sending {{Soft & Gentle Hugs}} to you my friend.

Yep, fibro fog is a real fun thing Sometimes we deserve an A+ if we can remember our own names But, seriously it is a real thing. I make lists by the tons. I have little notecards with a pen locatted throughout the house!!

And I was always losing my cellphone. So now I put it on mute and wear it in my bra!!! Hey, Maxwell Smart had his "shoe phone". You mark my words---------they will soon be making a bra with a little pocket on them to carry your cellphone. If I had the money, I would design it and market it and die a millionaire!!!!!

LOLOLOL! I wish you could make a bra like that, I would certainly buy one, or maybe several in different colors! Last year I went on a walk on one of our local trails on a hot and humid day. Like you, I had decided that my bra would make a good place to stash the phone so I wouldn't lose it. When I got back to the car, I went to check to see if I had any messages. There was no signal. The heat and sweat from being in my bra had fried the phone permanently, and I had to get a new one!

The really sad thing was....this is the SECOND time that had happened!

Maybe you should call Victoria Secrets. The only thing is that some lady is accusing them of stealing her idea of the 99 way bra or something, so you had better patent it first.

Talk about fibro fog. Today I went to take a nap when my husband came home from work. I must have slept a long time, because when he came to get his clothes to take a shower, he giggled the handle on the dresser and woke me up. I was so mad and then I started screaming at him about turning the light on. He kept saying "what light?, what light?' Welll, he went downstairs and I was still screaming at him to turn off the light. Finally, I covered up my head with a pillow and went back to sleep. A while later, I came down stairs still mad about the light and then I realized....it was still daylight.
