I know that for most of us, all parts of our body ache or hurt pretty much on a daily basis. But which part hurts the most?

During the day I seem to really suffer from hand/finger cramps, achy arms, and hurting shoulders and neck. Then at night, those parts ache, and my legs hurt extremely bad- making it hard to sleep.

So, which body part gives you the most pain?

it would have to be my feet and ankles. they are always swollen by the end of the day. my back is another problem area the knots kill me. have you tried taking a shower before bed. thats what i do and it helps a little.

The thing that helps me the most is to take a long hot soak in the tub, with something that smells good. I sleep better. Just athought.

Hi....dang..... as for tonight...... what part of my body hurts more than the others.....................

NONE>>>> I hurt tonight like heck..... have another word to use..but

most nights its my neck shoulder and hips......

but tonight........ it is ever freaking joint,part,spot,.... you get the idea......

Have had all my pain meds.....more than I usually take....by far...

and no help............

I would have to say my lower back & foot/ankle on the left side of my body.

But then I woke up for the second night in a row & can't sleep due to the hug that is gripping me around my torso.

I took a xanax around 4:30 this am to relax the muscles.

My regular meds aren't gonna do jack.

I would have to say depends on the day or the week,this week it's right knee and left hip and the way it feels tonight it will be both sides of the ribcage tomorrow.

My doctor won't prescribe any muscle relaxants or antidepressants,I may have to hunt her down.Hope you all have a better night. Malaluka.

I hurt the most In my shoulders and neck!!!!

but this am Its my lower back,have to go to work on my feet all day so this should be interesting...

my legs at the end of the day are horrible!

The hot bath works for me but cant live In the tub.

My right side of my neck & right shoulder. In fact, I just want to lop off the right shoulder. lol Otherwise, I do have pain lots of other places, just the neck / shoulder are screaming the loudest.

Mine is in my my right shoulder and neck too. All of this pain goes up the right side of my head and out of my face. I got a lidocaine shot there yesterday , but I am getting a nerve block in the occipital nerve on May 1st. I can't stand it anymore. I have nerve blocks before. They work for a little while. I am willing to do anything for just a couple hours of peace.

Mine is definitely my left hip and leg. Alot of it depends on what activity I have been doing though.
