Hi I have been going to a chiropractor on and off for a few years now to try to loosen my neck and lower back. He has helped me, but I also find that I'm in alot more pain a couple of days after I have been worked on. I have made an appointment next week to see a Dr. about acupuncture, which is the only type of treatment that I haven't tried yet. I have been out of work for a couple of weeks now and would like to get back, but I feel I'm not ready to do my CNA STUFF right now. Has anyone tried acupuncture and what kind of results have you had? Would be real interested to find out before I spend more money on something that might make me feel worse than better. Lois |
