I woke up this morning and my legs were feeling weak and shaky and my arms and hands as well, although my arms felt heavy too. When hubby got home he told me that for about an hour last night I was kicking and hitting and muttering away. He had to get up because I hit him twice and was hitting the headboard. He often tells me that I talk and swear at night. No wonder I don't feel rested in the mornings.

Because of not feeling good and being tired, I sent an email to someone who I never really liked anyway and basically told them to kiss off. Now I can't get ahold of my other two friends. I know she told them because she sent cc of her email beack to me. I'm about ready to kiss them all off. Everybody's so worse off than I am according to them.

Sorry for the rant.

Fibro causes us to act in ways we wouldn't usually. It isn't an excuss by any means, but simply an additional factor.

Do you see any counselors or sleep therapists. It might help with your sleepless nights. Feel free to PM me anytime you need to talk, and remember we are all in this together.

Maniac,

See if the doctor will give you something at night to help you stay calm and sleep. I use clonazapam which is the same as klonopin because I have RLS. It really helps me to sleep and I don;t move around much at all.

Thanks bubbly and thomasann, the thing is I am asleep and have no knowledge of it until he tells me about it. I take Klonipin and Baclofen (a muscle relaxant) at night but obviously I am wearing myself out at night. I have to see my doctor tuesday and will tell her about it.

Maineiac,

It will be alright. This stuff makes everyone grumpy. I do the same thing to my husband at times. Then I feel bad cause he didn't get any sleep either.
