Docs can be caring individuals and still have big egos,those kind just control their egomania better. Hawkeye, I know what you mean about docs not liking to be told what meds you want,they prefer to tell you what you are going to take. Most of them figure if you could medicate yourself you wouldn't be there to see them.  I have been very llucky with my doc,I worked with her berfore becoming her patient so that really helped our relationship. May the sun bring you new energies by day,
