i find that as time goes by more and more and more issues are showing up. some of them like the knee pain and lowerback pain i had for a long time and it suddenly went away. so i went back to work got back in great shape and five years later bang. i dropped. the fibro that i new nothing about zapped my strength in my arms exhausted me and made my shoulders numb and tingly. now a year later i am developing more pain and more problems. it seems to be getting worse. the article that i seem to have lost that describes this so well for me say it is not fatel but, i am begining to wonder. i know you all suffer horribly with the pain and other affects. for me sometimes i feel like i would be better off dead. then i take a personal inventory and discover that i wouldn't be. i have too much to live for. so i don't think fibro is deadly but i am concerned about the depression end of it. thank you for letting me share where im at and i hope no one else feels this way but, if they do they are not alone and we can get through it all together.

fibro huggs keep us all going so here they are for all 700+ members of this group.

I know its progresive but I don't thinnk anyone knows how far it will progress. That may be different for everyone,I don't think it could be life threatening though. I will do some research and let youknow what I find out.
May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.
