I've seen these Kinoki "cleansing detox foot pads" advertised on TV and in mail order catalogs. They look like large white gauze bandages. You put them on your feet before going to bed and when you wake up the pads are dark brown/black, supposedly caused by the removal of your body's impurities such as heavy metals, metabolic waste, and other toxins. The active ingredients are all-natural double-distilled bamboo vinegar and "other holistic ingredients."

I was wondering if anyone has tried these, and if so, did they do anything to help fibro symptoms or improve overall health?

My daughter's boyfriend has tried them and found no difference in his health as a result. He also noticed that they turned black outside of his footprint. He's kind of a geeky guy and put them to the test by stepping on them with his shoes on. He got the same results. The dog he tried them on didn't show a change either. LOL! He thinks they're a scam.

I think so too....there is no scientific rationale for why they would work!

I was just wondering if anyone had actually tried them! Thanks for the info.

Hi..did anyone see the think on I think it was 20/20.. might have been 60 min.... but they said it was a bunch of crap..... they really blew it out of the water........

a bunch of Dr I think they were just said there is no way they can extract toxins from your body....... I did have a friend that tried them..... and she wanted them to work in the worset way......... well.... they did not... she did a heavy metals test before she tried them and the test said that she was loaded with a lot of toxic junk... so she tried them.....

about 4 maybe 5 months later she had the same test done again........

and it showed NO difference.... and she said her pads would be almost black when she took them off.......... she then went through a Dr supervised detox with meds to help support her liver, kidneys and other organs and she is doing good... she said she feels about 100% better.......

any way that is just my 2 cents worth...

May you all have a great PAIN FREE day today///

Craig

Your his research sounds like it was a hoot! I’m glad I read this topic because I was seriously considering purchasing the foot pads.

Thanks for the heads up

I have tried them and the only difference is when you take them off your feet are sticky and smell. I did not notice anything else. You can get these from AVON.

I too watched a program where they had two people from a radio station program and monitored them and after time had shown that they didn't work.
