Do any of you have terribly dizzy days? Or is it just me?

Oh nooooooo....it's NOT just you!! I can honestly say that I have more dizzy days than no dizzy days! I know when I was younger, I would get dizzy a lot when I would stand up and/or bend down and then back up. My mom always told me it was because I "moved too fast". HAH...ME? MOVE TOO FAST?? **LOL**

Anyhow, to this day, I am dizzy most of the time. I make myself stand up, get up or whatever slowly so that I don't end up on the floor!

I've never heard anything medically about it...maybe it's something that I (or you...or we) should look into........another question I cannot answer...but totally understand!

Hi,

I have that too. Usually it is mild but I have had days that I couldn't walk a straight line and have even fallen a few times. I try to laugh it off as "drunken sailor". That's what my mother called it.

Anyway, try to keep a sence of humor.

It is listed as a symptom at the Mayo clinic web site for FM, but you never hear anything about it so i wondered if it was just me. One of the doc. tested my heart! Obviously he had never heard of it.

Dizziness has really been getting to me lately. Ive been dealing with that a lot because of my Cerebal Palsy symptoms too, one of which is that I dont have very good balance to begin with. Seems like if I even LOOK at the ground the wrong way, I fall! LOL

[b]I do have very bad dizzy days. I've thrown up because I've been so dizzy. I usually end up in the bed!

i haven't had dizziness unless it was medicine related, but my healthy husband did a few years back had every test in the world and they couldn't come up with a reason. they called it vertigo. his body eventually compensated for it and it went away after a few weeks.
