Oh, that's a tough one! I feel the same way. My husband knows I'm in the middle/end of a flare up - yet what does he do? Give me a list of things to do. I know he needs help with our business, I truly understand that. I wish he would give the same to me.

But, I must give him Kudos because he is trying to monitor how I react to the Cymbalta. He knows in some people it causes worse depression, and he wants to make sure that's not why I am in bed.

Get some rest. Close your eyes and take a trip in your mind to a beautiful place. It helps you relax.

I am sorry to hear that you re definitely not feeling up to par and that noone seems to listen to you. That is so unfair ~~~

As for the pain, has your dr. prescribed pain meds for you and they aren t working ? Maybe you need the dosage adjusted ...

Concerning being so tired all the time, pain can cause exhaustion but so can low thyroid. That was my first complaint to my PCP and once he started me on Levothyroxine, the tiredness improved to some degree.

Now, we re working to figure out which dosage is best for me ~~~ I ve taken everything from 88mg. to 125mg.

Testing is a simple blood draw (usually every 3 months).

There are 2 other forum groups here on MDJ that might interest you also re: thyroid.

http://www.mdjunction.com/thyroiditis

http://www.mdjunction.com/hypothyroidism

Neither of these groups are as large as this Fibro group but we welcome you there also. You might find information that you re looking for by reading what we post about.

Hoping you feel much better soon ~~~~

Marilyn

Sorry you are not feeling well. If you can't do the list, then don't. Wink {{hugs}}
I believe if there's any kind of God it wouldn't be in any of us, not you or me but just this little space in between. If there's any kind of magic in this world it must be in the attempt of understanding someone sharing something. I know, it's almost impossible to succeed but who cares really? The answer must be in the attempt. ~ Celine
