Heat helps my pain alot. I used to have a hot tub that I sat in prior to knowing I had fibro, and it would be so relaxing, but I could not stand the jets beating on me at all. I wonder if one could, and I have thought about finding out for myself too, get a prescription for a tub in their home. Whether it be hot tub or a regular tub for the bathroom. Anyone ever heard of doing that? It would do me a lot of good, a regular tub is not something I can sit in comfortably at all. I live in heating pads and electric blankets to get the heat I need to relieve some of the pain. |
