Hi psk, The peppermint gels must work pretty well...I went by our local health food store and they were sold out. I am glad to hear that you are having success with them! Thank you for sharing you experience. I, too, have IBS and diverticulosis. Currently I keep a medicine on hand called hyoscyamine 0.125mg. It's an anit-spasmodic and I just place one tablet under my tounge every six hours...as needed. But, it would be awsome to be able to control the IBS naturally |
