 That's one symptom I've never had and I thought I had them all. I think you should see a Dr. tomorrow. It could be Strep.

 I can't say that is or isn't a symptom of fibro. Do you have a lot of sinus problems? Weather changes can bring on allergies and sinus problems, which can cause the sinuses to drain and give you a sore throat. I would check with your doctor, could be strep throat. I hope you feel better soon.

 It would be interesting to know if that is a symptom. One time I had a sore throat for three months and didn't have a fever, or anything other than the sore throat. It was very strange. It just finally went away one day.
