MDJunction to me

"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

I can't seem to keep my eyes open today. I was unable to fall asleep last night until 4am and had to get up at 6:30am to get my kids off to school. I layed back down this morning around 9 or 10 and didn't get up until 2pm and I have tried everything. I tried walking around to create energy and it has done nothing but help my migraine.

What am I suppose to do sleep the entire day!

I get so tired of not being able to sleep and then having days where I can't stay awake. It's driving me insane and I can't continue this with two children.

Oh Cadburry, I'm so sorry U can't sleep. Have you tried "Melatonin" ? You can get it over the counter in the pharmacy section. My DH gets mad alot at me too for not going to bed. I too didn't go to bed till 4:30am this morning and was up at 8am.

As for trying to wake up maybe try a shower, or a can of Coke or Pepsi? When I can't stay awake I take it as a sign from my body that it needs time to heal and recover. Wish I could help you more. Hang in there!!

When I can't sleep, I'll come to the forum and see if your online for a chat!

If you don't have a script for anything stronger, Try 50 mg benadryl. It's the same ingredient in OTC sleep meds. Personally, I use Ambien. My pdoc said it's ok to mix them if the Ambien is not working.
