I think I forgot to post that last Monday I finally got an xray of my right wrist. It has been hurting worse since the fall I had a month or so ago. Anyway, MY WRIST is FRACTURED!! For a month I have had this. I guess I just attributed it to fibro. The ortho wanted to rebreak it, as it is alreading healing funny UH NO Thanks. I told him no, just put a cast or whatever on it for the pain, I am sure I will be fine.

So I have on some funky soft cast and it is hard to type (so if I spell badly pls be patient!)

He was amazed I have not come in sooner.

Can you say NO INSURANCE??? DH made me go, cause he said my wrist looked funny.

mamanordy, I am so glad that you had your wrist checked out. I'm sorry that you had to deal with that pain for so long. You are a stronger woman that I am! I hope you heal quickly and the pain gets under control. With love ~

oh honey I'm sorry to hear your broke your wrist. I understand not wanting to go to the Docotr with no insurance but you must take care of your self.( this coming from the person who has been limping since before christmas with what I assume is a heel spur)It is amazing to me how we sometimes put up with pain we don't have to because we are so used to being in pain we figure oh well here we go again. Please let this be a lesson to all of us that we take care of ourselves, especially if you have a fall and have any other underlying problems that can put you at higher risk for complications. Please take care

yes I know I should have gotten it taken care of earlier. Now get this: I dropped a heavy chopping block on my middle toe on left foot over the weekend, it is more than likely broken also, it is black and blue and we taped it together( which is all the doctor would do). MAN, I am an accident waiting to happen!!!!

It has been a long time since someone has challenged me to say,"rubber baby buggy bumpers" but, God bless you, mamanordy, sounds like you need to wear rubber baby buggy bumpers!

I pray you heal quickly,

R.
