Hello Amy,

I also live in Iowa. E-mail me at jhawki5@msn.com

I have several friends who were suffering with fibro and since I introduced them to a product that I was using for my Asthma, their lives have been changed!

I am not making any health claims, but simply want to see others get relief. It is worth getting the information so you can make an informed decision. If you would like to talk with them, I would gladly set up a time when we could do that.

Sincerely,

Linda

Once again this sounds strange to me. Are you getting a kickback for referrals or what is the deal???? why so secret???

Just tell us what it is or something more about it if you are really serious about helping us.

It sounds to me like someone whose getting a commision for selling a product bc. If it was legit they would tell us at least the name of the medicine so we could check it out with our doctors.

Being a Registered Respiratory Therapist, a Registered Nurse and a fibromyalgia sufferer I see no correlation between an asthma medication and relief from the pain we suffer, but would be willing to research it further and ask my doctors and my friends who are doctors if you provide my with more information.

I know that I am new to this group, but my intent was not to be misleading, I am simply wanting to help those who really want it. My friends have had incredible relief from fibro using the whole-fruit puree of the mangosteen fruit. They had been searching for something to relieve the pain. If you would like to check out the info for yourselves, here are some sites where you can read more about it. www.mangosteenfruitinfo.com (look under auto-immune disease)

www.mangosteeneffect.com

www.pubmed.com (independent government research site, type in the word mangosteen or xanthones)

It is important to know that it is not a drug, just fruit, so it does not interfere with any medications. Basically, if you can eat fruit, you can take it. Also, most people with fibro are seeing relief from taking about 2oz 3x per day initially and when they see results, may then cut done to a dose that works for them.

I think it is best to get as much info as you can so you can then make a decision based on the facts. If it were me I would want to talk to people who have been using it successfuly. If this information makes sense to you I can then show you how you can get it for free.

Sincerely,

Feelgreatnow

Hi, sorry to be so grouchy but first of all I am just getting over the shingles and secondly we are all a little protective of each other on the site. I have actually heard of what you are talking about. I am currently taking GO-Ji juice (Lycium Barbarum), also known as Wofberry. I get it at the local vitamin and herb shop. It is supposed to help with pain and I really cannot tell you if it is working or not. In the beginning I think I noticed a difference for about the first week, but then it didn't seem to make any difference. Again, sorry for being rude.

Sandi,

As a registered nurse, I am sure you are aware of the link between inflammation, and most disease processes. Inflammation has been linked to heart disease, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, asthma and many others. Many doctors are now using mangosteen as a first-line therapy in many conditions, and as an adjunct therapy in many others. I think it is important to do the research for yourself and talk to people who are using it. See my other post for some links.

Sincerely,

Feelgreatnow
