Amy, I don't want to alarm you - but I think you need to call your doctor on call for the night, go to the emergency room, have someone come stay a few hours with you or something. Let's see. Where do you live. I'm in Arkansas. Might take too long 
But seriously, it sounds like you have taken an allergic reaction to the medicine. If you have any benadryl, and you can take it with all of your other meds, you might want to take 2. I would still call the er nurse and talk to him. You are putting way too much water around your throat and chest/neck area. I need you need to stop what you are doing and re-evaluate your situation right now. And if your should start to have shortness of breath, you get to the er girl. You don't sound good at all.
